See more of what we do here.</p> <h2>Job Summary</h2> <p>The Software Engineer three role at Granicus is for developers early in their careers who are looking for a fun, supportive, and fast-paced environment to grow their skills and contribute code to production systems.  The Software Engineer three role will be expected to take on leadership roles in the maintenance of automation test suites, and they will be tasked to work on production code as well.  All Granicus Software Engineers are expected to contribute to the broader Granicus technology organization in the deployment and support of these applications in higher environments.</p> <h2>What Your Impact Will Look Like</h2> <ul> <li>Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to deliver SaaS based solutions.</li> <li>Communicate and work effectively with others to create great high quality software.</li> <li>Proactively improve our processes and the design and architecture of our products.</li> <li>Drive innovation by coming up with new product ideas.</li> <li>Perform technology and feasibility studies</li> <li>Design solutions that are highly secure, performant, scalable and highly available.</li> <li>Come up with technical solutions to complex problems and push them through to implementation. </li> <li>Troubleshoot and fix production issues related to deployments, networking, configuration, databases, performance, stability, security, application logic, etc  </li> <li>Help team members solve complex/urgent problems.</li> <li>Mentor and provide technical training to team members. Help train and onboard new hires.</li> <li>Champion the development team’s core values</li> </ul> <h2>You Will Love This Job If You Have</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience developing, testing, shipping, and supporting production-quality SaaS based web applications</li> <li>Proficiency with C#/.NET and web application development. </li> <li>Proficient in cloud technologies and developing solutions on cloud.</li> <li>Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., React).</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.</li> <li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.  </li> <li>Experience with ASP.NET MVC / Web API.</li> <li>Strong experience developing unit tests, integration tests, E2E tests, load/stress Strong experience with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, My SQL etc.)</li> <li>Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React and JavaScript.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Cloud (Azure or AWS).</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Familiarity with ORMs such as Entity Framework.</li> <li>Experience using AI-assisted development tools.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile development environments.</li> <li>Proficient in using version control systems, such as Git.</li> <li>Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills.</li> </ul> <h2>About Us</h2> <p>Don’t have all the skills/experience mentioned above?
