Creative Designer / Art Director – Brand & Campaign Strategy

Job Summary:

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly imaginative and strategic Creative Designer / Art Director to lead the conceptualization and execution of brand identity and marketing campaign strategies. This position requires an expert in visual storytelling who can translate complex ideas into captivating visuals across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate will guide the creative direction of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact in every piece of content produced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual direction of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and company vision.

  • Develop and implement brand style guides, ensuring cohesive and consistent application across all platforms.

  • Create high-impact designs for websites, social media, digital ads, presentations, print materials, and video storyboards.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

  • Oversee and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and freelancers, ensuring high creative standards and timelines are met.

  • Manage and present creative concepts to stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and elevate the brands creative assets.

  • Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, visually engaging, and drive desired customer actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of brand strategy, campaign development, and multimedia design.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.

  • Strong conceptual thinking with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas and influence decision-making.

  • Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or art direction capacity.

  • Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and leading creative campaigns for digital-first brands.

  • Experience working in an agency or corporate environment across a diverse range of industries is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST)

  • Flexibility may be required during campaign launches or urgent creative rollouts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of brand development and integrated marketing principles.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

  • High level of creativity with the ability to think outside the box while staying grounded in strategy.

  • Efficient time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of video production and animation is a plus.
