This role serves as the primary owner of L2 initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, on brand, and with a high level of operational and creative excellence. This role is responsible for translating ambiguous client briefs into clear campaign approaches, developing creative proposals, and owning execution from concept through delivery.This role translates client briefs and product requirements into successful creator executions, while collaborating closely with Account Management, Creative, and Data partners. The Creative Project Manager plays a critical role in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across the Influencer Marketing program, while building toward more complex and strategic work within Fresh Tape’s L1/L2/L3 framework. L2 projects require strong judgment, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership. The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in shaping how campaigns come to life, supporting higher-concept initiatives, and ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across the Influencer Marketing program.**Responsibilities**Project Ownership & Execution* Own L2 influencer campaigns end-to-end, serving as the primary point of accountability* Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and execution across assigned projects* Translate ambiguous briefs into clear campaign structures, creative approaches, and execution plans* Lead larger-scale creator programs (which can be 50+ creators) across multiple workstreams* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on brandCreator & Partner Management* Partner closely with Account Management to navigate complex stakeholders and approvals* Source, onboard, and manage creators and agency partners for standardized campaigns* Clearly communicate briefs, deliverable requirements, timelines, and expectations to creators and partners* Ensure all content meets quality, compliance, and platform-specific requirementsCreative Collaboration* Lead creative ideation within the context of product-led campaigns* Shape campaign narratives and provide clear creative direction across platforms and creator types* Develop creative proposals for new and evolving campaigns using established frameworks* Partner with Creative and Account teams to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals* Contribute execution-informed creative thinking to improve campaign outcomesProcess, Tracking & Reporting* Maintain accurate, real-time project tracking in Airtable* Follow standardized workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement* Partner with Account Management to support execution, budget tracking, and client objectives* Collaborate with Data partners to support performance tracking, reporting, and insights* Contribute to post-campaign reporting by bringing execution-informed insight and creative storytelling to resultsProgram Support & Growth* Mentor Project Managers and help up-level execution quality across L1 campaigns* Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, systems, and efficiency across the program* Demonstrate readiness to take on progressively more complex work within the L1/L2/L3 framework**Basic Qualifications*** 4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or digital production* Proven experience leading complex, multi-layered campaigns* Strong ability to translate ambiguity into structure and action* Experience developing creative proposals or campaign approaches* Comfort managing large creator programs and multiple stakeholders* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills* Familiarity with platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat* Fluency with project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Monday, etc.)* **Job Type:** 1099, with potential to hire* **Work Location:** New York City or Denver (Hybrid); remote LA or Chicago considered for the right candidate (U.S.-based only)LocationHybridDenver, ColoradoPayPay not disclosedSimilar roles/responsibilitiesMarketing ManagerProject Manager
