La nostra multinazionale sta reclutando Inbound Account Manager di lingua italiana per uno dei nostri clienti

La tua missione sarà quella di :

  • Assicurare la corretta gestione delle varie transazioni dei clienti (chiamate, email, chat).
  • Incarnare, promuovere e valorizzare l'immagine, i prodotti e i servizi del mercato.
  • Conoscere, padroneggiare e comunicare le procedure, le specificità delle diverse categorie di prodotti, le condizioni generali di vendita e gli obblighi legali.
  • Rispettare le politiche e le procedure di sicurezza e riservatezza del gruppo

Profilo ricercato

  • Un diploma di scuola superiore
  • Un'ottima padronanza dell'italiano con un livello intermedio di inglese per la gestione.
  • Un alto livello di capacità di comunicazione interpersonale
  • Buona padronanza delle tecniche di gestione delle relazioni con i clienti (CRM)
  • Buone capacità interpersonali
  • Capacità di dimostrare un alto livello di empatia e comprensione del discorso e dei bisogni dell'interlocutore.
