Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, managing data efficiently, and supporting daily business operations through precise data entry and administrative support.

Responsibilities Data Entry & Record Management

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases with accuracy
  • Review information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before processing
  • Organize and manage digital records, files, and documentation efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
Administrative Support
  • Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents
  • Support teams with data retrieval and record management requests
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures are followed
Quality Control & Accuracy
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors promptly
  • Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and updates
  • Follow established standards and procedures for data management
Systems & Process Support
  • Use data management systems, spreadsheets, and administrative tools effectively

Requirements About the Ideal Candidate
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
