Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver orders from restaurants, stores, or distribution hubs to customer locations safely and promptly.

  • Navigate using app-based GPS systems and ensure accurate drop-offs.

  • Communicate with customers and support teams in case of delays or delivery challenges.

  • Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times.

  • Follow app instructions and company policies related to delivery processes.

  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of delivery equipment (bike, scooter, or cycle).

  • Handle cash or digital payments (if applicable) in a secure and trustworthy manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
