Delivery Lead

<p>We are looking for a <span style="font-weight: bold">Delivery Lead</span> to own both team leadership and portfolio delivery across NetSuite implementation projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on scope, timeline, quality, and customer outcomes while guiding Project Managers and Consultants, strengthening delivery standards, and driving accountability across the team.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li>Own portfolio delivery across NetSuite implementations</li> <li>Serve as final escalation point for delivery, scope, and customer risks</li> <li>Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Consultants</li> <li>Ensure governance, delivery cadence, and executive reporting across projects</li> <li>Monitor portfolio performance, including margin, utilization, and delivery efficiency</li> <li>Partner with Sales/Presales on deal quality and scope clarity</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Behavioral Expectations</span></p> <ul> <li>Act with ownership and make timely, informed decisions</li> <li>Communicate with confidence, clarity, and professionalism</li> <li>Balance customer advocacy with scope and margin discipline</li> <li>Use data to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions</li> <li>Build a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">What We’re Looking For</span></p> <ul> <li>Proven leadership of teams in complex ERP delivery environments</li> <li>Strong NetSuite implementation and delivery experience</li> <li>Strong financial and operational awareness</li> <li>Experience managing escalations, project governance, and delivery risk</li> <li>Ability to coach teams, drive accountability, and improve delivery standards</li> <li>PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred</li> <li>NetSuite certifications strongly preferred</li> </ul>
