In this role, the Production Planner will coordinate daily production requirements across all levels of the organization. The position is responsible for the analysis and reporting of production schedules and their status. They work with the management team to ensure that deadlines and schedules are met, thereby preventing line stoppages and delays to maintain a high level of customer service. </p><p></p><p><b>You will: </b></p><ul><li>Compile actual sales and forecast data to support business decisions around sales, capacity, and material planning.</li><li>Prepare capacity analyses to support decisions around capital expenditure and production readiness planning across sites.</li><li>Prepare material forecast and inventory plan.</li><li>Develop and pilot new metrics for SIOP and Variance reporting for SIOP.</li><li>Involve collaboration and communication with peers in multiple departments.</li><li>Develop programs using advanced experience with MS Office Suite: Power BI, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros etc.</li><li>Ability to capture, develop, and analyze large amounts of data and error-proofing work.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Qualifications:  </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.</li><li>2-3 years of manufacturing SIOP experience</li><li>Experience working with SAP</li><li>Experience in interacting and collaborating cross-functionally.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Compensation:</u></b></p><p><i>For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
