Full-Time Associate Dentist – In-Demand Private Practice | Brand New Facility We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our thriving, family-friendly private practice as we expand into a brand new construction office opening July 2026 in Round Hill, VA. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated clinician to step into an extremely busy, well-established practice with immediate patient demand—all in an area known for an excellent quality of life, great schools, and a strong sense of community. Our practice has experienced tremendous growth, and due to space limitations we have not been able to accept new patients for the past 1.5 years. As we move into our new larger facility, we have a substantial backlog of patients waiting to schedule. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice with immediate production potential. - Current doctor schedule booked more than 2 months out - Hygiene schedule booked approximately 7 months out - Rarely an open appointment - Strong front desk team highly skilled at filling last-minute cancellations - Mix of PPO and FFS patients Compensation & Benefits: - Pay schedule includes $700 daily guarantee for first three months - 33% of collections - No lab fees deducted (all lab fees paid by owner) - Practice covers 50%of health insurance premium for full-time employees Schedule: - Full-time preferred; part-time candidates (minimum 3 days) will be considered - 4–5 days per week Clinical Scope: We provide comprehensive general dentistry services including: - Direct and Indirect Restorative dentistry - Cosmetic dentistry - Invisalign - Oral surgery - Dental implant placement and restoration - *Endodontics skill strongly preferred (currently all endodontic procedures are referred out due to scheduling constraints, presenting an excellent opportunity for immediate associate production potential!) Technology & Facility: Our new office will feature brand-new equipment and advanced technology, including: - iTero Lumina - Planmeca CBCT - SprintRay 3D printing system Ideal Candidate: We prefer a dentist who has: - Completed a GPR/AEGD residency, or - 2+ years of private practice experience However, we are open to speaking with motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
