ASI Government serves as a trusted adviser to government leaders seeking improved performance, enhanced organization effectiveness, and strategic change.<br><br>The Strategy and Organization Development Consultant will support a major Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component with customer experience (CX) strategy, communications, survey development, analysis, and organizational improvement efforts.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Project Management<br><br></strong><ul><li>Collect information required to launch new projects.</li><li>Provide operational support including stakeholder engagement and tracking timelines.</li><li>Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, agendas, and reports.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Communications & Strategy<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop targeted messaging for internal and external audiences.</li><li>Produce memos, PowerPoints, fact sheets, case studies, articles, brochures, briefing books, and reports.</li><li>Ensure materials follow branding standards and clearance protocols.</li><li>Manage communication approval workflows.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Survey Design, Administration & Analysis<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support customer and employee experience data collection via surveys, interviews, and focus groups.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and support action planning.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Presentation / Meeting Facilitation<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist with high‑quality meeting design and facilitation.</li><li>Help create collaborative forums for staff and leadership.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Business Process Management & Improvement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Contribute to improvements in processes, policies, and guidance.</li><li>Build job aids, procedures, web content, and communications plans.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Current DHS TSA EOD / Suitability (Public Trust) </li><li>Bachelor’s degree. </li><li>5–7 years of Federal consulting experience (communications/presentation/design preferred). </li><li>Strong command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; design tools such as Canva or Visio a plus. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables and executive briefings. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. </li><li>Ability to coordinate schedules, workshops, and stakeholder engagements. </li><li>Experience producing products under tight deadlines. </li><li>Experience with SharePoint site design (preferred).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong> <em>Active and Current DHS TSA Public Trust<br><br></em><strong>Work Location & Schedule:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Primary Location: Remote </li><li>Onsite Requirements:100% Remote; ability to go onsite in Springfield, VA as needed<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why Join ASI Government?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work on high-impact, high-visibility projects that improve government services.</li><li>Collaborate with experienced consultants in strategy, analytics, and organizational development.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>BENEFITS</strong>: ASI Government offers a comprehensive benefit package to our employees.
