Then you might be our new Category Manager for balance with the Global Product Management team.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your impact as our new category manager</strong></p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our balance portfolio across brands and markets. You will own the category roadmap, ensuring strong differentiation, competitive positioning, and alignment with customer needs.<br><br></p> <p>You will work closely with stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, Commercial Excellence, and our global brands to translate insights into impactful product decisions. Your work will directly support growth, profitability, and innovation across the Diagnostics business.</p> <p><br>The position can be held at any Demant Diagnostics’ site or fully remote within Europe, and you will report to Senior Director of Product Management, Scott Haag, based in the US. You are comfortable working in a global, matrix organisation and know how to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to create alignment and results.</p> <p><em><br></em>We imagine that you have:</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or a related field</li> <li>Solid experience within the balance field</li> <li>Several years of experience in product management, preferably within medical devices or diagnostics</li> <li>Experience working in a global, matrix organisation would pave the way to succeed in the position, but it is not a requirement</li> <li>A proven ability to translate customer and market insights into product strategies and decisions</li> <li>Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate possesses experience with balance solutions will enable you to act as a trusted expert, while your structured and collaborative approach ensures progress across initiatives.
