Position Overview

  • Cumulus Media | (Atlanta, GA) has an immediate, fully remote (US-based) opening for a full time Digital Account Manager. The ideal candidate will help execute and maintain effective digital marketing programs for our clients while also supporting sales teams by maintaining strategic account relationships and requests.
  • As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring success from high-quality digital campaigns, and driving successful outcomes. Additionally, you will also provide ongoing performance-based digital strategy guidance, campaign management, and assistance in leading tactical digital presentations that represent media plans and/or results for:

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Help guide operations and sales teams to ensure that sold campaigns are executed and fulfilled with a high level of precision and performance to meet the client’s expectations on costs and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all digital marketing needs, requests, changes, and other internal and external communication
  • Help execute digital marketing strategies that align with client goals, objectives, and expectations
  • Manage the organization, process, and delivery of digital campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative strategies and innovative solutions that meet client needs and goals
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Analyze and translate campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement to meet client goals
  • Oversee ongoing internal reporting and account trackers in order to provide ongoing details about account health, project timelines, growth opportunities, monthly billing, etc.
  • Lead presentation planning and development (including the build-out of media plans and client/industry research), ongoing monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, and work with clients to develop new projects and campaign renewal ideas to help the team meet its overall revenue goals
  • Support strategic agency projects as needed (like onboarding a new platform, researching new products/partners, or setting up new offerings in our planning tools)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management required
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
