We are currently seeking a Digital Content Creator to support our golf business unit.

At Wilson, the Digital Content Creator is a creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced situations, can seamlessly liaise with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, and who has a strong understanding and passion for the game of golf and digital content best practices.

This role is responsible for creating innovative and engaging content for Wilson Golf social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable and nimble. They will be an expert in establishing brand voice, presence, and developing and executing digital content strategies to promote Wilson Golf across multiple digital platforms.

What Our Content Creator Will Do

  • Create and manage the strategy and content for Wilson Golf social media accounts, focusing on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee all aspects of Wilson Golf on social media platforms, ensuring all content aligns with the voice and feels of the brand.
  • Develop and provide continuous reporting and insights around all social media platforms and audiences.
  • Lead and manage our social media influencer program. Be responsible for identifying upcoming creators, negotiating contracts, and day-to-day management of influencer talent.
  • Collaborate closely with golf professional tour athletes and properties (PGA Tour, DP World Tour, etc.).
  • Manage the daily moderation of community across the entire social media landscape.
  • Work cross functionally with Wilson Sporting Goods marketing teams.


This role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, journalism, public relations, communications, creative design, or a related field plus 2-4 years of relevant experience including strong planning, managing and execution of branded content initiatives in a corporate or agency setting. Interest in and knowledge of the game of golf is a must.
