We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, increase traffic, and drive customer conversions. Content creation is managed by a separate team, so your role will center around campaign strategy, performance tracking, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings. Manage search engine marketing campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and improve visibility. Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for both on-page and off-page SEO.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Shopee & Lazada to drive conversions while maintaining a high return on ad spend (ROAS). Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer retention, and product promotions. Segment email lists and personalize email content based on customer behavior and preferences. Monitor key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and continuously improve performance through A/B testing. Ensure email campaigns comply with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
