Digital Marketer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, increase traffic, and drive customer conversions. Content creation is managed by a separate team, so your role will center around campaign strategy, performance tracking, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings. Manage search engine marketing campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and improve visibility. Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for both on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC): Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Shopee & Lazada to drive conversions while maintaining a high return on ad spend (ROAS). Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer retention, and product promotions. Segment email lists and personalize email content based on customer behavior and preferences. Monitor key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and continuously improve performance through A/B testing. Ensure email campaigns comply with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing platforms. Generate monthly reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Use data to continuously optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement. Run A/B tests and implement strategies to increase website conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to inform digital marketing strategies. Identify new opportunities for growth through innovative digital marketing approaches.
Requirements:
  1. Malaysians ONLY
  2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  3. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing.
  4. Strong understanding of Google Ads, search engine optimization (SEO), and website analytics.
  5. Experience with performance tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  6. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in market research and digital strategy development.
  2. Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and A/B testing platforms.
