This on-site position is responsible for elevating the customer experience through creative initiatives, targeted communications and event programming. The successful candidate will have a confident personality, be flexible, enjoy collaborating with team members and interacting with customers and vendors, and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Candidate must be forward-thinking and detail-oriented, focused and energetic, possess a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills, and be a self-starter with strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, high integrity and passion for aligning customer engagement initiatives with effective marketing and communications programs. The position will report to the SVP of Marketing + Communications. Please submit a portfolio of past work when applying for this position.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Produce, manage and execute high-quality, engaging content to drive awareness of properties and customer engagement efforts across portfolio</li><li>Work directly with the Director of Customer Engagement to help plan and execute on-site events, including year-round tenant programming and customized experiences</li><li>Create, monitor, manage and grow company’s social media content that enhances engagement (office leasing, event programming and corporate accounts)</li><li>Collaborate with internal team to develop strategic marketing and communications initiatives</li><li>Perform various duties to provide exclusive tenant offerings, including supporting tenant orientation, ongoing engagement opportunities and retention efforts</li><li>Explore new programming and amenity opportunities to provide enriching experiences</li><li>Manage goBallantyne app program, including proactively seeking new partners and providing ongoing support</li><li>Maintain positive ongoing relationships</li><li>Manage park reservations and reservations platform</li><li>Assist in onboarding for community and event partners, from executing paperwork process to vendor relationship management</li><li>Proactively seek new vendors and community partners to support engaging programs and events</li><li>Responsible for managing the community general inbox daily. Respond to email on a timely manner. </li><li>Coordinate food trucks and ongoing communication</li><li>Collaborate internally to share new trends and ideas, communicate customer needs, etc.</li><li>Ensure proper, consistent and effective implementation of brand and content standards across communications channels</li><li>Update marketing materials to keep content fresh</li><li>Provide support on goBallantyne.com and digital signage management as needed</li><li>Assist with special projects as directed by management<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Effective written and oral communication skills </li><li>Minimum of one to two years of professional experience in marketing, communications or event management</li><li>Project management experience</li><li>Experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, including an understanding of trends with ability to generate content quickly</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where demands are constantly changing</li><li>Must be detail oriented and well organized</li><li>Strong time management skills</li><li>Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Experience in Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office Suites and talent for technology</li><li>Working knowledge of Canva is a plus</li><li>Experience with digital signage software is a plus</li><li>Working knowledge and experience in content management system(s) and email campaign management (e.g., MailChimp) is a plus</li><li>Expertise in web design, photography and video editing skills are a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business or related field is preferred</li><li>Maintain a flexible schedule and be available to support events, programs and community needs as they arise, including occasional evenings, weekends and holidays</li><li>Must have portfolio available for review</li></ul>
