Digital Marketing Manager (Google Ads & Meta Ads) – Luxury Fashion/E-Commerce

The Role

You will own and optimize our paid media strategy across Google and Meta, with a primary focus on increasing profitable revenue, improving ROAS, lowering customer acquisition costs, and scaling customer growth.

This is a hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who simply reports on performance—we need someone who can identify opportunities, implement changes, test aggressively, and drive measurable results.

Google Ads

  • Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns
  • Optimize product feeds and Merchant Center
  • Improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Build testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor attribution and conversion tracking

Meta Ads

  • Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
  • Develop audience strategies, retargeting funnels, and prospecting campaigns
  • Analyze creative performance and provide recommendations
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
  • Work closely with our content and creative teams

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs, MER, ROAS, AOV, conversion rates, and LTV
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Make recommendations backed by data

Strategic Growth

  • Develop customer acquisition strategies
  • Identify opportunities across paid search, paid social, influencer, affiliate, and retention marketing
  • Stay current on platform changes and best practices

Requirements

Must Have

  • 4+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven experience scaling e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of attribution and conversion tracking
  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions

Preferred

  • Fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brand experience
  • Experience with Klaviyo email marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks
  • Understanding of customer lifetime value and retention metrics

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
