About the position

We are seeking an analytical, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own our paid traffic and search optimization strategies. This role is split between accelerating growth for our agency and delivering top-tier performance for our clients. Unlike generalist marketing roles, this position demands a deep, technical understanding of paid acquisition funnels and search algorithms. Because you will operate directly during US business hours, seamless collaboration, quick execution, and expert-level communication are vital.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for both client accounts and our internal agency.
  • Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Track ad spend data and synthesize technical metrics into clear, actionable performance reports.
  • Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and web traffic.
  • Manage and tweak app store listings (keywords, descriptions, titles) to maximize visibility, search conversion rates, and app downloads.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing agency experience.
  • Comfortable managing multi-account data and working under structured performance targets.
  • C1/C2 English proficiency. Exceptional, clear, and professional business-level verbal and written communication.
  • Must be currently residing in Cebu, Manila, or Davao to ensure access to reliable primary/secondary internet infrastructure and stable power grids.
  • Unwavering commitment to working US Daytime hours (Michigan/Eastern Timezone).
  • Ability to demonstrate successful past performance in scaling paid ads or significantly improving search rankings (SEO/ASO).
