Our Opening:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project & Training Coordinator to lead the roll-out and maximize the effective use of M365 workplace tools across our organization. This unique role blends project coordination with comprehensive training responsibilities, fostering a holistic adoption strategy that integrates change management, communication, and user engagement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution while designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive user success and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Adoption

  • Act as the single point of contact for SMEs regarding training consultations and collaboration.
  • Regularly engage with SMEs to understand upcoming M365 enhancements and evolving training requirements.
  • Assess and determine the most suitable training mediums (classroom, e-learning, microlearning, videos) tailored to various learning styles and needs.
  • Support the development of digital training content, including scripting for e-learning modules and instructional videos.
  • Assist in creating and updating comprehensive training materials in partnership with SMEs.
  • Lead and facilitate digital coffee sessions and other informal learning formats to encourage continuous employee engagement.
  • Deliver training programs that are interactive, relevant, and aligned with SME inputs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and business outcomes.
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate and support Workplace projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and training needs.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive adoption initiatives.
  • Demonstrate leadership by influencing and motivating stakeholders across diverse teams and departments.
  • Take ownership of initiatives with a solution-oriented approach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in project coordination and/or training, preferably within digital workplace tools like Microsoft 365.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical teams, SMEs, and end-users.
  • Familiarity with various training delivery methods and digital content development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexibly across different time zones, including some work aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time.
  • Ability to speak Chinese is desired but not required.
