The Director, Digital leads the team responsible for delivering a portfolio of digital products. In partnership with business stakeholders, the Director owns product outcomes and ongoing optimization. This role reinforces product development standards and agile practices to ensure efficient and scalable delivery. The Director aligns digital talent, ways of working, and strategic priorities with organizational goals; ensures teams deliver measurable business value; and partners with business and technology leaders to advance digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital maturity by reinforcing standards and best practices.
  • Foster a digital culture grounded in agile methodologies and continuous learning.
  • Guide business readiness and change management efforts that impact people, processes, and technology.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define digital priorities and inform investment decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives that advance digital capabilities and maturity.
  • Lead and oversee product delivery outcomes across one or more product lines, ensuring alignment with business priorities throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Monitor performance, capacity, and resource needs across teams and adjust as necessary to meet evolving demands.
  • Remove impediments and drive continuous improvements to the operating model.
  • Ability to partner with our Gas organization to identify analytic use cases and ensure the team is equipped to deliver on the highest value items.
  • Ability to helps teams discern the right solution (a report, an analytic model, AI, etc.) per use case.
