Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Amex Ventures, the Director Assistant will be responsible for partnering closely with the Amex Ventures leadership team by providing thought leadership, supporting strategy development, and handling the day-to-day operations for key processes including the team's talent management, communications, budget management, and performance management. As a Chief of Staff to the SVP, the successful candidate will also handle strategic projects across the Ventures team and play a meaningful role in driving team culture.
