<p style="text-align:left"><b>Date Posted:</b></p>2026-05-21<p style="text-align:left"><b>Country: </b></p>United States of America<p style="text-align:left"><b>Location: </b></p>OTAZH: Arizona Home Offices Remote Location, Remote City, AZ, 06032 USA<p><b>Responsibilities will include:</b></p><ul><li>Ultimate accountability for the delivery and execution of all financial matters for the operating area through effective business partnering with the P&L owners, functional partners and financial centers of expertise (COE), in particular:<ul><li>Planning, budgeting, forecasting</li><li>Business advisory and analytics</li><li>Internal controls</li><li>Tax and other statutory compliance</li><li>Actual reporting & analysis</li><li>Asset management</li></ul><ul><li>Supporting the business to achieve the results</li></ul></li><li>Working with COEs to support effective execution for all financial accounting activities related to accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger and cash management</li><li>Ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting including the coordination and completeness of annual audit reviews and ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements</li><li>Providing guidance and advice, related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for different functions identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions</li><li>Coordinating Long Range Plan of the operating area and ensuring sound underlying strategic priorities</li><li>Defining and facilitating the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for operating area and supporting COEs and ensuring effective implementation of the performance management process within organization</li><li>Nurturing talent within the organization and creating the right leadership culture by providing ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of their defined goals</li><li>Upholds the Otis Absolutes: Safety, Ethics & Quality, at all times in leading by example</li></ul><p><b><u>What you will need to be successful:</u></b> </p><ul><li>Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline. A master’s degree or CPA is preferred</li><li>Possess a minimum of 10 years of applicable leadership experience in finance or accounting</li><li>Speak and write excellent English</li><li>Strong presentation and communication style with an ability to influence at an executive level</li><li>Proven collaboration skills with a passion for building networks across the organization</li><li><b>Business Insight</b> – Have deep understanding of how organizations make money. Keep up with current and possible future policies, practices and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace. Use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.</li><li><b>Drive Results</b> - Have a strong bottom-line orientation.
