Job DescriptionTTI Floorcare has an opening in the Anderson, SC corporate office for aDirector of Sales - Amazon . We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package - tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation, and holidays.The Director of Sales, Amazon will lead the day-to-day operations of the Amazon account, optimizing AMS strategy, driving product performance, executing promotional strategies, and ensuring profitable revenue growth.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, digital media expertise, and cross-functional leadership to maximize sales, maintain best-in-class product listings, and improve operational efficiency across TTI Floorcare’s Amazon portfolio.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwn the overall Amazon Floorcare business, including revenue, profit, advertising and growth strategy.Manage the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account, ensuring operational excellence across listings, pricing, inventory, and compliance.Develop and execute channel strategy to drive profitable growth in the Floorcare category.Optimize product listings including titles, bullets, A+ content, images, and keyword strategy to maximize discoverability and conversion.Manage new product launches including keyword indexing, ranking strategy, and review acquisition.Monitor and improve search ranking, conversion rates, and Buy Box performance.Manage Amazon Advertising programs including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Online Video and Sponsored Display.Develop promotional calendars leveraging deal badging, key events, new product launches and seasonal campaigns.Optimize advertising spend to improve POS, ROAS, TACoS, and contribution margin.Track and report on key metrics including: Sales performance, Conversion rates, Traffic and keyword rankings, Advertising efficiency and Inventory healthTranslate insights into actionable strategies to improve performance.Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.Monitor FBA performance, replenishment cycles, and sell-through rates.Manage product compliance, listing issues, and account health.Partner with marketing, product development, operations, and finance teams to execute Amazon strategies.Provide input on pricing, packaging, bundles, and product roadmap based on marketplace insights.Coordinate with agencies or external partners when needed.Travel Required up to 25%, including visits to Amazon headquarters and strategic planning sessions.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business administration.Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing the Amazon account, with Proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth on AmazonAbility to drive and optimize the Amazon media strategy.5–8 years’ experience in sales, including National Account Sales Management or experience supporting high-volume eCommerce retailers.Strong understanding of Amazon business practices, advertising tools (e.g., Amazon Ads, ARA Premium), and digital analytics.Prior sales experience in consumer durable goods preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs and Amazon Retail Analytics tools.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position.
