This leader oversees vendor partnerships, drives performance accountability, and ensures that offshore and third-party vendors deliver measurable financial, operational, and compliant outcomes.</p><p></p><p>This role partners closely with HB/PB Revenue Cycle, Finance, Coding, Patient Access, and IT to optimize vendor-supported functions, improve cash flow, reduce denials, and enhance overall revenue integrity.</p><p></p><h2>Duties and Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p>Oversee new project implementation for global team members within Ovation RCM operational teams including RCM functions such as Coding, Charge Capture and Charge Entry, Credentialing, Payment Posting, AR Follow-Up and Collections, Denials Management and Appeals, and Cash Posting</p></li><li><p>Provide ongoing management support for 150+ global team members across multiple operational teams</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor strategy aligned with organizational revenue cycle goals</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization</p></li><li><p>Drive accountability and remediation for underperformance</p></li><li><p>Monitor financial performance, including quality assurance and effectiveness measures, productivity, throughput, and cost efficiency</p></li><li><p>Analyze and report on project health, key deliverables, and potential risks with the global team.</p></li><li><p>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Proactively engage key Revenue Cycle stakeholders to communicate project status, address roadblocks, and collaboratively seek corrective action when necessary to ensure teams consistently meet established production and quality standards</p></li><li><p>Manage relationships with several vendors, including contract management, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and facilitating renewals or amendments as needed</p></li><li><p>Oversee invoice verification and timely payment for multiple vendor partners</p></li><li><p>Assist in strategically managing position control and capacity planning to align with annual initiative goals and ensure appropriate workforce allocation across Ovation RCM operational teams</p></li><li><p>Proactively work with operations team to further expand offshoring activity in key areas</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven project management and experience managing and/or collaborating in multi-functional teams</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of RCM KPIs, workflows, and financial drivers</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership skills with confident verbal and written communication</p></li><li><p>Expertise in data analytics, reporting, and performance optimization</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, payer guidelines)</p></li><li><p>Strategic thinking with ability to execute operationally</p></li><li><p>Experience with either managing or working directly with offshore partners</p></li><li><p>Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Effective organizational skills to successfully manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Experience, Education, and Certifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field required</p></li><li><p>Master’s degree (MBA, MHA) preferred</p></li><li><p>5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management</p></li><li><p>Deep expertise in hospital revenue cycle functions (front-end, mid-cycle, back-end)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span>​</span></p><p><b>Travel Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>5%</p></li></ul><p></p><div></div><div></div></div>
