Location: Tulsa,Ok/Phoenix, AZ/Milwaukee, WI

We’re looking for a hands-on Distribution & Production Manager to lead warehouse and production operations across multiple locations.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Focus Areas

  • Lead and manage fabrication and warehouse distribution operations
  • Oversee inventory management, production scheduling, kitting, and light assembly workflows
  • Develop, coach, and hold teams accountable for performance and results
  • Build a strong, positive, and results-driven team culture
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure operational effectiveness
  • Improve processes, systems, and workflow efficiency across operations
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Enforce safety policies, procedures, and operational compliance
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, logistics, and vendors
  • Support ERP/WMS system usage and operational reporting
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle management experience in fabrication or distribution environments
  • 7–10 years of warehouse or production experience in an industrial setting
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams, KPIs, and performance outcomes
  • Experience with warehouse operations, freight/logistics (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and business reporting tools
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
