Early Morning Production Team Member (3 AM - 8 AM)

Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking dedicated and reliable Early Morning Production Team Members to support our bakery and food preparation operations during early hours. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests start their day with fresh, high-quality baked goods and menu items that meet Tim Hortons brand standards. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake fresh donuts, muffins, bagels, and other baked goods according to Tim Hortons recipes and quality standards

  • Set up and organize the production area before store opening

  • Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices are followed at all times

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations

  • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality

  • Stock display cases and ensure products are ready for morning service

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and health regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications
