Job Summary

HR Service Jobs, in collaboration with Unacademy, is offering a dynamic Educator Internship opportunity for passionate individuals who wish to begin or build their teaching careers online. As an intern educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic content across a range of subjects, helping students prepare for school exams, competitive entrance tests, and concept-based learning. This remote teaching role is ideal for aspiring educators, college students, freshers, or subject matter experts looking to gain exposure to Indias leading EdTech platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, concept-driven video lectures or live classes on Unacademys platform.

  • Design and develop high-quality subject content, quizzes, and practice material.

  • Customize teaching strategies to cater to learners of different academic levels.

  • Stay updated with curriculum changes, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.

  • Collaborate with Unacademys content and academic team to improve delivery quality.

  • Provide doubt-clearing sessions and personalized feedback to learners.

  • Adhere to deadlines for content submissions and class scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant subjects.

  • Strong grasp of academic fundamentals in at least one subject (e.g., Maths, Science, English, Social Science, Economics, etc.).

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and/or Hindi.

  • Comfortable using technology, online teaching tools, and digital whiteboards.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an engaging manner.

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about teaching and student engagement.

Experience

  • No prior teaching experience is required.

  • Freshers, final-year students, recent graduates, or individuals with informal teaching experience (home tuition, peer tutoring, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in online tutoring or content creation will be a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working schedule with remote access.

  • Interns can choose to teach during weekdays/weekends depending on subject and batch allocation.

  • Minimum expected availability: 10–15 hours per week.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of NCERT, CBSE/ICSE syllabus or competitive exams (e.g., NEET, JEE, UPSC) is desirable.

  • Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Openness to feedback and willingness to improve content delivery.

  • Digital literacy and familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or OBS.
