Ubicación: Talavera de la Reina Desde Manpower, buscamos a un/a Encargado/a de Línea para una empresa líder del sector alimentario, destinada a coordinar el área de picado y elaborados entre otras líneas. Se trata de un área estratégica del proceso productivo, donde la persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo, el tratamiento adecuado de la materia prima y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad. Responsabilidades principales

-Supervisar el desempeño y tareas del equipo de operarios del área.

-Controlar la correcta inyección de piezas cárnicas cuando sea necesario.

-Realizar inventario de materia prima.

-Planificar la producción diaria y coordinar necesidades operativas.

-Supervisar y gestionar el stock en los congeladores.

-Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares productivos, de seguridad y de calidad.-Educación Secundaria Obligatoria

-Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el sector agroalimentario o sectores industriales. Conocimientos técnicos

-Informática nivel medio.

-Office nivel medio/alto, con buen manejo de Excel.

-Español nativo o nivel C2. Otros requisitos:

-Carnet de conducir (imprescindible).

-Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde.

-Disponibilidad puntual para trabajar algunos sábados y festivos laborables.
