Through business process ownership and enterprise integration, the role supports the transition to standardised Business Technology Capabilities (BTCs) and the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.

This is a strategically re-shaped senior leadership role, requiring an individual who can define direction, build organisational alignment, develop capability, and drive a forward-looking transformation agenda across Europe, including the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Location & Working Arrangements

  • Apply process mining, analytics, and structured methodologies to drive continuous improvement

  • Enable business teams to adopt scalable, data-driven approaches to improving their own processes

Technology Integration & Simplification

  • Define and manage total cost of ownership (TCO) across systems, processes, and capabilities

  • Partner with technology and architecture teams to simplify the systems landscape

  • Support migration of activities into standardised BTC capabilities

  • Ensure alignment between business processes and enabling technology

  • Translate business priorities into executable systems and process solutions and ensure delivery against intended outcomes

Transformation Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional transformation programmes from design through to implementation

  • Align business and technology stakeholders to deliver change at pace

  • Ensure strong programme governance, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes

  • Support the transition from legacy activities to scalable operating models

  • Play a key leadership role in delivering major systems transformation priorities

AI-Enabled Transformation

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and digital capabilities to improve processes and performance

  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across teams

  • Ensure technology and AI initiatives are focused on delivering practical business outcomes

  • Build organisational capability to continuously improve through technology

Enterprise Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building

  • Operate effectively with a lean core team while influencing broader matrixed delivery teams

  • Build strong relationships across business units, technology, finance, and transformation stakeholders

  • Act as a key integrator between business and technology, bridging strategy and execution

  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team, creating clarity, accountability and a strong delivery culture

  • Set direction and priorities, aligning team objectives with enterprise strategy and transformation goals

  • Build organisational capability and drive adoption of new ways of working across the enterprise

  • Navigate complexity, making clear decisions and driving outcomes across competing priorities

Overall Outcomes

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Reduction in technology cost base and improved cost transparency

  • Increased process standardisation and scalability

  • Adoption of BTC-aligned ways of working

  • Delivery of measurable efficiency and automation gains

  • Successful delivery of transformation programmes

  • Improved speed, agility, and effectiveness of the operating environment

  • Tangible impact from AI-enabled improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes involving both business process redesign and technology / systems change, with delivery through to implementation and measurable outcomes

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in complex, matrixed environments, with the ability to set direction and drive delivery through others

  • Experience working across business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into executable solutions (systems, processes, or operating models) and ensure delivery against those requirements

  • Experience using data, cost analysis, or total cost of ownership (TCO) to inform decisions, prioritise initiatives, and deliver efficiency, simplification, or cost reduction outcomes

  • Experience developing or applying process / activity models, process mapping, or similar frameworks to create transparency on how work is performed and identify improvement opportunities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments, including influencing senior stakeholders where ownership is distributed and authority is indirect

  • Experience delivering technology-enabled improvement, including the application of digital and/or AI capabilities to improve business processes, performance, or productivity

  • Experience operating in ambiguous or organisationally complex environments, with evidence of progressing delivery despite competing priorities or unclear ownership

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
