Job Summary

IndiGo Airline is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our ground staff team as Entry-Level Customer Service Executives at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers, check tickets, verify travel documents, and assist with the check-in process.

  • Handle passenger queries related to bookings, boarding, delays, cancellations, and baggage.

  • Provide accurate flight information and assist with gate and boarding announcements.

  • Coordinate with security and baggage teams to ensure timely processing of luggage.

  • Ensure compliance with airport regulations and IndiGos operational policies.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective resolutions.

  • Assist special passengers such as unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and those with special needs.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the image of the IndiGo brand at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board; graduation preferred.

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi – both verbal and written communication.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Polite, confident, and able to stay calm under pressure.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with airline software systems is an added advantage.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Rotational Shifts: 6 days a week

  • 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break), varying between morning, afternoon, and night slots based on flight schedules.

  • Overtime and extended hours may be required during peak travel periods.
