What You\'ll Do
As our Regional EHS Manager, you\'ll be a trusted partner and safety advisor to leadership and employees across our West Region (the majority of the state of Kansas), driving strategies that protect our people, operations, and communities.
You will:
  • Build strong partnerships with branch leaders and EHS committees to champion a safety-first mindset.
  • Lead root cause analyses and support incident investigations with actionable, practical follow-ups.
  • Implement and improve EHS programs and training that go beyond compliance.
  • Conduct facility inspections and identify hazards with an eye for proactive, sustainable solutions.
  • Interpret and apply EHS regulations, guiding the business with integrity and clarity.
  • Drive consistency in EHS initiatives across nine facilities-each with unique needs and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans and vendor relationships for safety support and services.
  • Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EPA) and required documentation.
  • Support new employee orientation with safety education and ongoing EHS development.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor\'s degree in EHS or 5+ years of relevant, progressive experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EPA).
  • Proven ability to train, influence, and lead cross-functional teams toward a common safety goal.
  • Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and working independently across locations.
