Must have EPIC OpTime and Anesthesia certifications Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Epic Instructional Design Specialist / eLearning Developer to support the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Epic training programs and educational content. This role is ideal for a highly skilled Epic training professional with extensive experience in instructional design, eLearning development, adult learning methodologies, and healthcare technology implementations. The selected candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Epic analysts, operational leaders, and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences that improve user adoption, workflow efficiency, and overall system utilization. Key ResponsibilitiesInstructional Design & eLearning Development • Design, develop, and maintain Epic training curriculum, eLearning modules, job aids, reference guides, and educational materials. • Create engaging, interactive, and scenario-based learning experiences using multimedia and web-based technologies. • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention. • Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes. • Ensure training content remains current with Epic upgrades, workflow changes, and new technology implementations.
