Job Summary

The Event Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, promotion, and execution of the BNP’s events and programs. This role leads event marketing initiatives, works collaboratively across departments to enhance program visibility, and supports the delivery of high-quality events. This position plays a key role in strengthening member engagement and advancing BNP's mission through impactful events and strategic marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Event Marketing & Promotion

  • Lead the marketing and promotion of BNP events and programs through email campaigns, social media, website content, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute event marketing plans that drive awareness, registration, and attendance across BNP audiences.
  • Create and coordinate promotional content, including event copy, graphics, digital assets, and marketing materials.

Event Communications

  • Manage event communications before, during, and after events, ensuring timely and consistent messaging to attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
  • Coordinate sponsorship visibility, including recognition across digital promotions, event materials, signage, and on-site experiences.
  • Support attendee engagement initiatives that enhance the overall event experience and strengthen member relationships.

Program Growth & Visibility

  • Support the growth and visibility of BNP programs through strategic event marketing initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand audience reach, increase participation, and strengthen program awareness among current and prospective members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that support BNP programs, events, and member engagement efforts.

Event Programming Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating event programming, including networking events, educational programs, signature events, and member experiences.
  • Support the development of event agendas, speaker coordination, program logistics, and attendee experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program execution and delivery.
  • Provide on-site event support and help create engaging, high-quality experiences that deliver value to BNP members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, event management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, program support, or related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event registration or CRM systems preferred
