As we expand beyond gaming into financial services, retail, contact centers, and other enterprise verticals, we are scaling our go-to-market efforts and investing in field marketing as a key growth channel.

We’re looking for an Events Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and scale Modulate’s in-person marketing programs. This role will own the full lifecycle of events, including industry conferences, tradeshows, executive dinners, partner events, and account-based activations. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on experience managing complex event logistics and partnering closely with Sales, Channel, Customer Success, and executive teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

This is an execution-heavy role for someone who is comfortable owning programs end to end, managing multiple stakeholders and vendors, and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your Impact

As our Events Marketing Manager, you will play a direct role in shaping how Modulate shows up in the market as we expand into new enterprise verticals. You will own the in-person moments where prospects, customers, partners, and analysts experience our technology firsthand, and where critical pipeline is created, influenced, and accelerated.

• Drive measurable pipeline creation and acceleration by designing field and digital programs with clear commercial intent.

• Elevate Modulate’s credibility within AI-focused, technical, and enterprise buyer communities through high-impact event presence.

• Transform events from one-off brand moments into repeatable, revenue-generating growth channels.

• Strengthen cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive leadership around field strategy and execution.

• Build scalable field marketing infrastructure that supports expansion into new verticals and enterprise markets.

What You Will Do

• Own and execute Modulate’s field and digital event programs end-to-end, including major industry conferences, tradeshows, executive dinners, hackathons, targeted account activations, and virtual programs such as webinars and roundtables.

• Design and scale Modulate’s long-term field marketing strategy, identifying and prioritizing the conferences, community programs, and digital events that best support expansion into new enterprise verticals and drive pipeline creation and acceleration.

• Drive pipeline generation through events by partnering with Sales and Business Development on target account outreach, invitation strategy, and meeting-setting programs before and after key events.

• Lead operational execution of events, managing budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution, including booth operations, demos, executive meetings, and issue resolution.

• Measure and scale program impact, building repeatable processes and playbooks while tracking event performance, pipeline influence, opportunity acceleration, and overall ROI.

What We Are Looking For

• 4–5+ years of hands-on field marketing experience, with 7+ years of overall B2B marketing experience.

• Experience marketing technically complex products or familiarity with AI-focused conferences, developer communities, or emerging AI ecosystems strongly preferred.

• Proven experience owning full-cycle event execution including event logistics, pre-, mid-, and post-event marketing support, and managing multi-vendor relationships.

• Experience across a range of event types, from large industry tradeshows to smaller executive and ABM events.

• Strong track record of partnering cross-functionally with the broader GTM team to drive pipeline and revenue impact.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
