Executive Assistant, Market Access
Position Summary We are seeking a Executive Assistant, Market Access, who will utilize your exceptional organizational and communication skills to provide professional and strategic support to key members of our senior leadership team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing calendars, formatting documents and presentations, arranging logistics for team meetings, coordinating travel, compiling expense reports, coordination / follow-through with legal agreements, and liaising with internal/external contacts. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to Chief Commercial Officer and some members of the Commercial leadership team. Manage and prioritize calendars for the key members of our senior leadership team, focusing on productivity, urgency, and stakeholder needs.
