We’re looking for our next Executive Creative Director to lead our Creative team someone who will define the creative standard, inspire our global team, and partner across the business to deliver transformational experiences for our clients. Our ideal candidate is a visionary leader, a builder of teams, and a driver of creative excellence — someone who elevates not only the work, but the people and the business around it. You are a proven creative leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering world-class work across multiple channels. You are currently leading senior creative talent and are ready to shape the direction of an entire creative organization. You balance vision with execution, creativity with business acumen, and inspiration with accountability. Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the creative direction of the organization across multiple accounts, clients and regions. • Define and uphold the creative standard, ensuring all work aligns with Spiro’s brand promise and delivers exceptional quality. • Manage, mentor and inspire Creative Directors and senior creative staff, building a strong, scalable creative organization. • Serve as a senior partner to executive leadership, influencing company-wide strategy, growth and innovation. • Own high-stakes client relationships, representing the creative vision at the most senior levels. • Drive new business efforts by shaping big ideas, leading pitches and elevating Spiro’s creative reputation in the market. • Ensure alignment between creative vision, business objectives, operational realities and client expectations. Specific Functions • Set the creative vision across the organization and ensure consistency across all outputs and teams. • Partner with Strategy, Production, Sales and Marketing leadership to shape integrated, experience-led solutions. • Oversee the conceptual development of large-scale, high-impact programs and initiatives. • Provide high-level creative direction and final approval on key work. • Lead and evolve creative processes, frameworks and standards to improve efficiency and output quality. • Champion innovation — driving the adoption of new technologies, tools and approaches to elevate creative thinking and execution. • Build and nurture a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous growth across the global team. • Guide resource allocation and team structure to support business needs and creative excellence. Experience Design and Event Expertise • Engagement marketing activations • Brand Identity • Tradeshow programs • Launch Events • Conferences • Environmental – physical, visual and digital Supervisory Responsibilities • Daily interaction with creative staff (2D, 3D) on your projects. • Function as a creative stimulus. • Support department head the EVP, ECD, as requested, for feedback on creative team that work most closely with you on account related work. Qualifications We understand the importance of transferable skills and a diverse perspective, so if you do not fit all these requirements, we still want to hear from you and encourage you to apply! • Minimum of four year degree in Graphic, Architecture or Industrial Design or related creative discipline. • Minimum 10 years industry experience or related creative process experience combining strategy, content, message with creative deliverables. • Event and experience design expertise highly desirable. • Prior supervisory responsibilities. • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire the creative and our client teams, while keeping the creative process in alignment with Spiro/Client business goals and objectives. • Understanding of all dimensions of communication business strategy and experience design, with the ability to translate this into effective innovative, but integrated marketing programs. • Broad-based exposure to 3D art, design, technology, music, media and content a must. • Mac, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and AI proficiency (Modeling software is a plus). • Understanding of all dimensions of communication business strategy and experience design, with the ability to translate this into effective innovative, but integrated marketing programs. • Some travel required during busy season Attributes • Team Player • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required.
