MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director, Digital Growth - Intel to join our Digital Practice. This is a remote position and may require up to 20% travel. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Building/maintaining strong relationships within the IC that lead to opportunity/solution discussions and contract conversions - Ability to converse technically (e.g., cloud, AI, data, app dev) with IC clients - Responsible for definition of Solution Offerings for the Digital practice in alignment with practice, division/sector, and overall corporate strategy. - Digital IC growth strategy development. - Marketing content creation for Digital IC capabilities and solutions. - Opportunity identification/maturation/movement through gate review process and stages of capture, proposal development and closing. - External Outreach: Works with external stakeholders to include platform vendors, business partners (subcontractor network), and industry forums to execute responsibilities. - Leading Digital IC platform vendor management to include strategy development/execution with support from MANTECH’s Innovation and Capabilities team. - Leading Digital IC business partner network development to include strategy development and execution - .Leading engagement with industry and professional associations in relevant Digital industry forums Minimum Qualifications: - 10+ years experience with Federal business development, capture and proposal development with a track record of successful awards in the IC. - 15+ years of experience in working with/providing services for national security and intelligence clients  - Experience implementing IT solutions within the IC. - Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college/university. - Exceptional customer interface and relationship development skills to assist in the retention and advancement of the portfolio. Preferred Qualifications: - A master's degree in a relevant business or technical field. - Must be a strong and agile leader with proven ability to work effectively across functional groups of the organization. - Cloud Certifications such as: Solutions Architect-Associate, Cloud Practitioner Certification.   Security Clearance Requirements: - Must have a current/active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% - The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations - Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer The projected compensation range for this position is $165,900.00-$297,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
