Executive Value Advisor (USA remote)

We are seeking an Executive Value Advisor (EVA) to lead strategic advisory across our most complex global enterprise accounts. EVA is the senior customer-facing role within the Success Package offering, our new subscription-based advisory service. You will serve as the customer's dedicated strategic advisor, translating business priorities into governed process outcomes and helping organization's build compounding value as they mature from initial foundation through transform maturity stages. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, operational excellence, and process technology, you will help customers turn process intelligence into measurable business impact in the era of Agentic AI. Reporting to the VP of Customer Value, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping how organization's scale their transformation initiatives with confidence and control. Essential Functions • Lead value-led advisory engagements: translate customer strategy into measurable success plans, milestones, and KPIs • Build trusted advisor relationships at senior/executive level; run Executive Business Reviews and Periodic Value Reviews • Guide customers through the full value journey from adoption to AI-ready scale • Define, validate, and communicate ROI through value hypotheses and economic storytelling • Build executive-ready business cases that secure funding and buy-in • Connect usage/adoption data to business outcomes for exec audiences • Develop deep understanding of customer priorities to position ARIS capabilities correctly • Run strategic initiative prioritization sessions and E2E process-outcome mapping assessments • Deliver Product Roadmap Briefings and Agentic AI use-case opportunity mapping • Engage C-suite/senior leadership to influence decisions and secure commitment • Deliver structured executive briefings on readiness and strategy • Act as internal voice of the customer across product, delivery, commercial teams • Represent ARIS as a thought leader in Process Intelligence (BPM, process mining, Agentic AI) • Coach/mentor customer teams; build internal Process Intelligence champions • Guide customers on process governance and accountability frameworks • Assess organizational change-readiness and design enablement roadmaps with the CSM • Ensure value realization evidence is captured, structured and communicated in a way that justifies continued and expanded investment Requirements • 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting, or value engineering / customer success at a vendor (e.g., Celonis, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft) or top-tier consultancy • Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable financial/operational outcomes • Experience defining operating models / CoE structures for scalable adoption and governance • Experience building and presenting value propositions and business cases • Comfort engaging executive-level stakeholders across business and IT • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM) and cross-system processes • Understanding of how AI/agentic AI is reshaping process landscapes and operating models • Ability to bridge business architecture with solution capabilities • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics • Strong cross-functional collaboration (sales, product, marketing) • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience • Fluent in English Nice-to-Haves • Background in BPM, process intelligence, process mining, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms • Direct experience with ARIS • Experience building Agentic AI agents • Industry vertical depth (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Pharma & Life Sciences, Energy & Utilities, Public Sector) • Certifications/background in Process Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or business architecture What's in it for you • Competitive compensation and country-specific benefits. • Flexible working model depending on country and local policy. • Opportunity to work with enterprise customers across industries on complex transformation challenges. • Professional growth through exposure to process intelligence, AI-driven transformation, and strategic customer engagements. • A role with direct impact on pipeline growth, win rates, and long-term customer value.
