Exhibit CAD Detailer - Remote | Las Vegas, NV Nexeo is partnering with a premier event production and exhibit house to hire a seasoned AutoCAD Exhibit Detailer. This is a remote‑eligible role for senior‑level detailers only—professionals who can immediately translate design concepts into fully detailed, fabrication‑ready drawing sets. You’ll support major trade shows nationwide and work in a high‑velocity environment where accuracy, speed, and exhibit expertise are critical. Responsibilities • Build 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawing sets from approved renderings • Produce accurate shop drawings, fabrication details, and cut files • Create floorplans, electrical layouts, rigging plans, and show-service documents • Generate comprehensive build packages (materials, hardware, fasteners) • Collaborate with internal PM, design, and fabrication teams • Develop step‑by‑step setup/assembly diagrams • Manage fast-paced workloads and multiple concurrent deadlines Qualifications • Senior‑level AutoCAD Exhibit Detailer with strong trade show and exhibit detailing experience • Proven background in exhibit houses, trade show booth detailing, custom fabrication, and millwork-style construction • Advanced AutoCAD 2D & 3D drafting skills with the ability to produce complete, build‑ready drawing packages independently • Experience translating design renderings into shop drawings, fabrication details, CNC routing files, and assembly drawings • Solid understanding of exhibit fabrication methods, materials, and construction tolerances • Working knowledge of wood, laminates, metals, plastics, acrylics, fabrics, hardware, fasteners, and extrusion systems • Ability to manage fast‑paced production environments, tight deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects • Strong collaboration skills with project managers, designers, and fabrication teams • Strong portfolio required demonstrating trade show booths, millwork shop drawings, 2D & 3D CAD work, CNC sheets, and build‑ready exhibit packages • Remote candidates must provide a recent, relevant exhibit detailing portfolio Pay $80,000–$85,000 per year Schedule Full Time | Day Shift | 700 AM–300 PM, Monday–Friday (Weekends as needed) Nexeo Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses) Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit | Rapid Pay Card Hassle-Free Job Search A Nexeo Recruiter is always available to assist you Questions?
