<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Facilities Support - Technical Operative</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $20-$23 per hour</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Hillsboro, OR</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site</p><p><strong>Work Schedule: </strong>FE Days (Sun, Mon, Tue, Every other Wed) 7am-7pm</p><p> </p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>We're seeking a hands-on, detail-focused Facilities Support team member to assist with the maintenance and operation of various equipment and smart storage systems. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to keeping systems running smoothly. <strong><em>Note: This is a hands-on operational role-not related to IT or helpdesk type work. It involves physical inventory, customer interaction, mechanical knowledge and coordination.</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Primary Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical systems.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, including both hardware and software-related problems.</li><li>Replace faulty components to restore full functionality.</li><li>Perform regular maintenance and inspections to avoid breakdowns and ensure peak performance.</li><li>Keep accurate records of service schedules and maintenance logs.</li><li>Set up and relocate equipment as needed.</li><li>Track and manage spare parts and maintenance tools inventory.</li><li>Receive, verify, count, and organize incoming stock.</li><li>Pick and pack customer orders within required timeframes.</li><li>Deliver items to designated areas as necessary.</li><li>Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Use digital systems to complete various operational tasks.</li><li>Meet project deadlines and complete assigned tasks on time.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Dependable, hardworking, and adaptable with a can-do attitude.</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.</li><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.</li><li>Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and networking systems.</li><li>Ability to quickly identify problems and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting.</li><li>Technical proficiency is a strong plus.</li><li>Able to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical team members.</li><li>Experience with tools like SAP, Microsoft Projects, Teamwork, etc.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Willing to take on extra responsibilities when needed.</li><li>Capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Skilled at managing priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.<br></li></ul><p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
