POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for diverse patient populations within community-focused healthcare environment
  • Predictable weekday-only schedule supporting long-term work-life balance and provider sustainability
  • Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships within patient-centered care model
  • Sustainable outpatient workflow with target patient volume of 16 patients daily
  • Established clinical support staff allowing physicians to focus on direct patient care and continuity

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary: $195,000-$210,000 annually
  • Student loan repayment eligibility available
  • Relocation assistance available

SCHEDULE

  • Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
  • No nights
  • No weekends
  • Zero call responsibilities
  • Target patient volume of 16 daily

ROLE

  • Provide outpatient Family Medicine care within community-focused practice setting
  • Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
  • Build long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and clinical support staff
  • Maintain patient-centered care within outpatient environment
