Role Overview

As an Online Health & Fitness Coach, you’ll work directly with clients in a virtual setting, providing customized nutrition guidance, workout programming, accountability, and lifestyle support with consideration for female hormones, stress, recovery, and overall health.

This role is ideal for a coach who understands that progress isn’t just about calories and workouts — it’s about sleep, stress, cycles, recovery, and consistency over time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized nutrition guidance using a macro-based and habit-focused approach
  • Support clients with lifestyle strategies that promote hormonal balance (sleep, stress management, recovery, cycle awareness)
  • Design and adjust customized strength training programs
  • Review client check-ins and provide detailed, supportive feedback
  • Monitor progress using data and lifestyle indicators (weight trends, energy, digestion, cycle patterns, recovery)
  • Educate clients on sustainable fat loss and muscle building without extreme dieting
  • Communicate with clients through our online coaching platform (Trainerize, messaging, check-ins)
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating coaching presence
  • Collaborate with the head coach/team to uphold coaching standards and client experience

Qualifications

Required:

  • Nutrition and fitness certification (NASM, ISSA, PN, ACE, CPT, etc.)
  • Experience coaching clients (online or in-person)
  • Strong understanding of calorie and macronutrient-based nutrition
  • Solid knowledge of strength training principles
  • Comfort coaching fully online / virtual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (but not required):

  • Education or experience related to women’s health or hormonal health
  • Experience coaching women through fat loss, maintenance, or postpartum phases
  • Familiarity with Trainerize or similar online coaching platforms
  • Background in behavior change or lifestyle coaching
