Job Summary

Progressive Technology is actively seeking dynamic and motivated Female Telecallers for a remote work-from-home opportunity. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining company services, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list.

  • Explain products and services clearly and convincingly.

  • Generate and follow up on leads with a focus on achieving daily/weekly targets.

  • Record call outcomes and update CRM systems accurately.

  • Maintain a positive and respectful tone during all customer interactions.

  • Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex concerns to the appropriate department.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.

  • Confidence, clarity in speech, and a polite phone manner.

  • Ability to handle rejections and continue with a positive attitude.

  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and tools (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM platforms).

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with an eagerness to learn.

  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a stable internet connection.

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Working Hours
