<p><strong>Job Title : </strong>Finance Intern<strong> </strong>#1004918</p><p><strong>Work Location: </strong>Minneapolis MN 55415 </p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>3-4 months of contract with possible extention<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Payrate </strong>$18-$19</p><p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p>Shift : 8:30 AM-5:00 PM</p><p>After Conversion, the salary would be $54K-$60K</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Selected candidates will be paid while studying to achieve their SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 over a period of 12 weeks.</li><li>Training materials and licensing expenses will be paid at no cost to selected candidates.</li><li>Candidates need the capability to explain complex concepts in a digestible manner</li><li>As to be expected, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for these positions. </li><li>Successful candidates will also have a strong drive to succeed and a passion for helping people.</li><li>The Trader role will have a focus on connecting with clients and helping them transition to the more modern digital platform of handling their portfolios online with the advisor’s assistance, where the Trader will be able to help them to achieve their financial goals and answer questions they may have</li><li>The Trader will be answering calls from clients and Financial Advisors that are requiring assistance with their client inquiries.</li><li>From conversations with the client, the Trader will review existing portfolio holdings with the client and educating them on different investment platforms, recommending portfolio changes, and over all trying to align investment objectives with client financial goals. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business focused degree.
