Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our fast-paced analytics team, supporting banking and investment clients. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong foundation in financial modeling, data interpretation, and business reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive investment strategies, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and investment datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Build interactive dashboards and detailed reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Work closely with finance, compliance, and operations teams to support business goals.

  • Prepare variance analysis, forecast models, and investment performance reviews.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality control procedures.

  • Extract data from databases (SQL), clean and manipulate datasets for analysis.

  • Monitor key financial metrics including ROI, liquidity ratios, and risk indicators.

  • Support budgeting, financial planning, and investor presentations.

  • Stay updated with regulatory changes affecting banking and financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), with experience in macros and pivot tables.

  • Solid understanding of banking operations, investment instruments, and financial statements.

  • Working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL or other data querying languages.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a simple, actionable manner.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst or Data Analyst in a financial services, banking, or investment domain.

  • Prior experience working with large datasets or in fintech/banking analytics will be a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

  • Hybrid work model available after initial onboarding (2–3 days remote flexibility)

  • Deep understanding of financial ratios, cash flow analysis, and portfolio evaluation techniques

  • Strong knowledge of banking KPIs and investment performance indicators

  • Ability to interpret trends and translate data into strategic business insights
