Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a hands‑on FP&A leader to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the FP&A function within a growing and evolving finance organization. This role will be responsible for facilitating monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, while providing operational leadership and development support to the FP&A team.

This position is ideal for a strong FP&A manager or experienced senior analyst looking to step into broader ownership and leadership responsibility. The role will report to the Head of Corporate Finance, and partner closely with senior finance leadership including Finance Business Partners to build scalable processes, improve reporting quality, and create greater accountability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day FP&A operations including forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis
  • Manage and support FP&A team members, helping drive accountability, prioritization, and development
  • Improve financial reporting processes and planning discipline
  • Partner with finance leadership and business partners to deliver actionable financial insights and support decision‑making
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly financial review processes
  • Help establish scalable FP&A processes, reporting standards, and operating rhythms
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Accounting, Treasury, HR, and operational leadership teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience
  • Prior experience leading projects, processes, or team members within a finance organization
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a hands‑on approach
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems/reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred

Salary Range

$110,600 USD – $137,800 USD
