As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will lead client meetings, develop customized financial strategies, and support portfolio management for an established client base - without the pressure of prospecting or cold calling. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your advisory expertise, strengthen long-term client relationships, and grow within a collaborative, client-focused financial services practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead approximately 10 client meetings per week focused on financial planning and wealth management
  • Develop detailed financial plans and personalized investment strategies for existing clients
  • Support portfolio management and ongoing client service initiatives
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships through responsive, high-touch service and technical expertise
  • Continue advancing professional knowledge, licensure, and financial planning capabilities


Professional Development Path

This role provides a structured path toward becoming a Financial Advisor upon completion of:

  • Series 66 License
  • California Life & Health Insurance License
  • CFP® designation


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of financial services experience
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
