This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Job Description The Flex Vendor Asset Acquisition Specialist, is responsible for obtaining and managing image assets and product attributes for items available on Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com. As part of a larger team, VAA is expected to keep pace with the high volume of Imagery and PA Requests, Uploads, and Time-Per-Image KPIs, and improve the Digital Groups Dock-To-Publish Metrics over time. Supported by the manger and a strong team of peers, the Vendor Asset Acquisition Specialist is accountable to their speed and quality of all communication while maintaining effective cross-team partnerships. A day in the life · Partner with internal and external vendors to acquire assets and product attributes for Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com · Ensure all imagery and product attributes flowing through the Vendor Asset process meets Nordstrom standards · Upload Imagery and PA into Nordstrom Systems to be actioned by further downstream teams · Continuously re-balance and shift priorities to meet production deadlines · Build strong business partnerships and provide consistent and comprehensive status updates to key business partners: Buying Office, Site Merchandising, Photo Studio, and Marketing · Testing of new solutions to increase efficiency while maintaining quality · Maintain consistency with data management through the production pipeline You own this if you have · Minimum of two years experience in a high-output, fast-paced e-commerce digital department · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on the process under tight deadlines · Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner cross-departmentally · Visually precise, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven • ** This is a flexible schedule and on-call, as needed position and not full-time.
