Flight Reservation Executive – Remote Aviation Jobs

Job Summary AeroConnect Travel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Flight Reservation Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients seeking flight bookings and travel assistance. You will ensure seamless travel experiences by managing reservations, providing accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while allowing you to contribute to the growth of a leading travel services provider. Key Responsibilities • Manage and process flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications using company booking systems. • Assist customers with travel inquiries, providing accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and policies. • Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure timely ticket issuance and confirmations. • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly. • Maintain accurate records of all bookings, transactions, and communications. • Upsell travel packages and additional services when appropriate, contributing to revenue growth. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve reservation processes and customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office and reservation systems (GDS knowledge preferred). • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-centric mindset with a professional and polite demeanor. Experience • 1–3 years of experience in flight reservations, travel agency operations, or airline customer service is preferred. • Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn may also be considered. Working Hours • Flexible remote schedule; availability during peak airline hours may be required. • Shift options may include weekdays, weekends, and public holidays depending on airline schedules.
