Together, we're improving health and improving lives.</p><br /><p>Labcorp is seeking a US Remote based Flow Cytometry Analyst to join our team!</p><p></p><p><b>Work Schedule: </b>Wednesday - Saturday, 9:00pm to 7:30am</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:                                                                                     </b></p><ul><li>Performs routine high complexity analyses and interpretations of flow cytometry dot plots in the testing of leukemia and lymphoma specimens</li><li>Analyzes data that comes from the lab</li><li>Properly performs and documents quality assurance, quality control</li><li>Properly prioritizes cases according to policy</li><li>Adheres to all safety, quality control and documentation policies</li><li>Recognizes problems that may adversely affect patient care and takes appropriate action</li><li>Participates in required Continuing Education activities</li><li>Serves as an example and resource to other testing laboratory personnel</li><li>Assists in training of personnel</li><li>Shows willingness to perform duties until they are complete</li><li>Additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology</li></ul><ul><li>1 or more years clinical laboratory testing experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>1 or more years experience in Flow Cytometry in a clinical lab</li><li>Previous experience with leukemia/lymphoma analysis</li><li>MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), CLS(NCA) or SCYM(ASCP) certification</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Job Standards: </b></p><ul><li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment</li><li>Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems</li><li>High level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Able to pass a standardized color blindness test</li><li>Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs</li><li>Able to travel onsite for onboarding and training</li><li>Able to attend required onsite meetings: <ul><li>Local analysts are required to attend 4 meetings per year</li><li>Analysts who are not local are required to attend 2 meetings per year with travel expenses approved</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work From Home Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Private, HIPAA‑compliant workspace</li><li>Agree to include home address in case reporting (CMS requirement)</li><li>Internet 100 Mbps minimum</li><li>Ability to work remotely in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment</li></ul><p></p><p>At Labcorp we have a passion in helping people live happy and healthy lives.
