Food Service Supervisor - Night Shift Lead

Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Food Service Supervisor – Night Shift Lead to oversee overnight restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service, food quality, and team performance. This role is critical in maintaining Tim Hortons brand standards during night hours while leading, motivating, and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. The Night Shift Lead will be responsible for supervising staff, managing workflow, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and delivering a positive guest experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff during the night shift

  • Lead by example to ensure excellent customer service and brand standards are consistently met

  • Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels

  • Monitor food preparation, portion control, presentation, and quality standards

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and engagement

  • Manage cash handling procedures, shift reports, and inventory checks

  • Ensure opening/closing and overnight operational procedures are followed accurately
